Activity will be mainly focused to manage projects to address back end activities for RFC products. Scope of the job is to manage all the needed changes without having an impact on billing/production.
The projects could be associated to:
-change of material (substrates, capacitors…) due to plant or material discontinuity;
-change of plant (assy plant, sawing plant…)due to plant discontinuity or reorganization;
-introduction of second source (plant or material) to increase the flexibility

It is requested that the candidate has a basic knowledge on BE world: material, process steps,. The candidate has to be ready to learn how to monitor a project, in order to avoid/reduce the impact on billing/production. The activities must be coordinated together with all the other teams in MDG/RFC (FE, quality, test engineering, planning) and with GOBM/BEMT. Starting from this collaboration the candidate has to be able to:
-understand the perimeters of the activities needed to proceed with the introduction of the change;
-monitor that all the needed activities are completed in the right time, and react in case of delay.
Education level required : 5 – Master degree
