Position description :
You will be in charge of IOs Pads, frames and IO design activity management within IPLD Crolles Organization.
You will be managing and developing a team of 6 people and act as well as project leader within this activity.
Willingness to develop team management skills.
You will be preparing the projects specifications, budget insuring on time delivery and final quality of the developed libraries.
This position is requiring a 5 to 10 years experience in IP or library design activity with strong collaboration skills as you will be interfacing with various stakeholders (technology team, DRM, Noida team as well as customers).
You will be contributing to projects execution.
A strong layout experience is required (ability to debug DRC LVS issues).
You will be contributing to project specification, as well as schematic and layout development of IOs libraries for wide range of CMOS technologies and derivatives.
IORING assembly DRC / LVS debug, ESD performances, Latch up mechanism understanding are nice to have experiences.

Willingness to develop team management skills.
IP / library design (schematic and layout) experience.
