Job Description:
Undertake Product Sustaining engineering responsibilities for a group of Digital ASIC & RF products.
Responsible to lead improvement and sustain productivity such as yield improvement, test-time reduction, on hold/cycle time reduction, resource & equipment efficiency, etc
Responsible to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of test setup issues, test program and hardware (probecard & loadboard) debugging, etc
Able to provide electrical failure analysis, reliability and risk analysis to ensure quality for SBL MRB for onhold lots disposition.
Provide support to Diffusion-Fab or EWS product transfer and NPI qualification.
Offer engineering support to APEE EWS and subcontractors to ensure production output is timely to meet customers’ demand.
Participate in decision making for non-conform material or wafer fabrication process change.
Liaise with subcontractor and Global Outsourcing team for Maverick Lot reporting and management.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Prior work experience in a wafer manufacturing environment and knowledge wafer bump process would be an advantage.
Familiar with at least one of the following subject matters is a plus: RF devices, Digital ASIC products, Automated Test Equipment Advantest 93K, Teradyne Catalyst, A360 & Wafer Probers TEL & Electroglass.
Knowledge on Statistical Process Control ,Data management, semiconductor yield analysis, STDF software tool (e.g. Yield explorer, Galaxy, Optimal Test , etc…) and Microsoft Office.
Good analysis and problem solving skills.
Good team player and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a challenging multi-cultural / international environment.
Able to work independently & under pressure to meet timelines.
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
