You will be joining the DT-IT organization, integrated in the multisite External partners/eWip framework team. We support Global Outsourcing Business Management operations, through various solutions like Datawarehouse and ERP solutions.

The Business Analyst is the functional expert of the application and business processes. He/she has a key role to ensure the application maintenance and to collaborate with users, defining their needs and following-up implementations.

In this scope, your missions will be to:
Interact frequently with our customers/business users, gather user requirements, analyze and provide solution for enhancements
Collaborate with Development and Support teams, understanding the technical solutions to ensure robustness of application and 24/7 availability
Provide visibility to customers (roadmaps, projects, …)
Define Use Case and tests plans, execute Integration Test and coordinate UAT with users
Lead projects as project manager ensuring commitments  (project delivery, kickoff, roadmap, project team availability, …)

Understanding of our users challenges (users stories, recurrent meetings,…) and effective business communication skills,
Work in Network in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams,

Education level required : 5 – Master degree
