Based in regions China, cross-fertilized to all regions
Deploy technical requirements on new subcontractors
Define critical process characteristics with subcons to fit product characteristics defined by internal customers
Yield Improvement and Process Improvement Projects
Involve in package and test-finishing maturity (NPI)
Involve in automotive readiness project
Develop workable system and template (when there is no ST format)
Deploy ST technical projects (Inkless Map, STIF, STDF)
Manage Change Management
Package Roadmap Benchmarking
PPAP, taking care of all process flow, frozen recipe etc.
Develop & qualify packing material

proficient in DOE/APQP/SPC/ESD
Familiar with final test platform & machine & handler
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
Language / Level :
English : 3- Advanced
