Position description :
STMicroelectronics (Malta) Ltd. is seeking to recruit a Sustaining product engineer to form part of the ADG product engineering team and contribute to ensuring new digital devices development and industrialization achieving highest possible production standards in order to maximize cost efficiency and to meet time to market in line with the defined targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
ATE modernization, test parallelism change
Test flow optimization, test time reduction.
Product sustaining in production, yield improvement.
New products industrialization and plant transfer qualification.
Supporting in Hold lot analysis and disposition.

Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate shall:     

Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical and/or Electronics engineering or related discipline.
Experienced as product / test engineer in semiconductor EWS / Final Test.
Knowledge of Teradyne Ultra FLEX, J750, Advantest 93K or related ATE is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of basic digital and analog electronics.
Able to perform debug on tester and root cause analysis using lab instruments like oscilloscope etc.,
Good reporting of technical issues in clear technical language.
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
