Position description :
To contribute in ensuring new devices sustaining, development and industrialization achieving highest possible production standards in order to maximize cost efficiency and to meet time to market in line with the defined targets.
·       Main tasks/requirements:
Data collection on tester system and commonality analysis
Debug on tester by oscilloscope and other instruments (i.e. voltmeters) of         already written testing programs
Technical troubleshooting in production
Experience of Small testing program changes and efficiency verification
Experience on SPC  
R/R study based on reference system
Yield analysis crossing testing data with process data
Experience of yield improvement process
Experience of technical team work with oversea organizations/people
Advantest, IPtest, T2K, Verigy 93K, LTX Diamond , Teradyne J750 digital and infotainment HW and SW development deep knowledge Experience with wafer probe and/or  final testing manufacturing environment  is a plus
 Experience of data analysis by high-end characterization tool
Basic experience in digital testing techniques
Proactive attitude, more devoted to problem solving than follower
Good reporting of technical issues, clear technical language
Very careful attention for technical details and ability to keep trace of own technical activity
Fast learner of new technical issues
Good attitude to manage different tasks in the same time
Able to support Customers, Quality and Production Plant for the technical problem linked to the ADG Mix Signal and/or Digital products
Able to create and update technical product specifications
Able to support new products qualification and all the activities linked to the upgrade of mature products
 Able to facilitate the communication between ADG and manufacturing to assure that all ADG technical requirements are implemented in timely manner

Bachelor degree holder in related disciplines
Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written (to liaise with Associates)
Excellent knowledge of basic analog electronic circuits.
Green belt certification is an advantage.
