Position description :
To assist FQS Section manager to execute department plans and support customers, aiming to achieve company targets and total customer satisfaction.
Taking in charge of customer quality issues by proposing containment action, drive 8D process till closure.
Accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of Failure Analysis, keep monitoring the FA progress and case evolution at customer side.
Deploy company policies related to customer quality aspects to both internal and external customers.
Managing and organizing special activities for customers such as factory tours or audits to ST’s plants.
Managing all customer environmental related queries.
Managing customer surveys with closely follow-up till closure.
Mature communication skills
Fluently and logically speaking and writing emails in Chinese and English
Having semiconductor industry related experiences
Basic quality related experiences
Teamwork
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
Language / Level :
English : 2- Business fluent
