2023-31722 – Physical Failure Analysis Technician with mechanical experience in CNC equipment M/F

Position description :
Within the Failure Analysis Lab department (PQR), in close collaboration with the product quality, research and development, your mission is to identify and characterize the physical defects defect that caused the electrical failure of the device and you contribute to the understanding of its root causes. You will support product development & qualification, volume production as well as customer complaint support.
Main focus of the position is to manage Sample Preparation using a CNC equipment so, experience on that and a strong knowledge of CAD/CAM Software is required. You will be responsible also to run analyses applying techniques related to sample preparation (chemistry, laser, mechanical-chemical polishing …), non-destructive analyses (microscopy, MEB, SAM, Xray), and those to highlight the physical defect (FIB, Dual beam, mechanical-chemical polishing, plasma, …). You synthesize the technical results in order to share them internally and externally. School education: Upper Secondary School in Electronics or Chemistry

Experience: front end or backend process technician or engineer with good knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing process.
Failure analysis or product quality experience is appreciated
