We are looking for a HR Expertise, Talent Acquisition, reporting to Manager, Talent Acquisition to support acquiring talents from the technology field for Singapore and Southeast Asia offices. This position will deliver the full cycle of the recruitment process. You will be working closely with hiring managers to identify talents and sourcing strategy.  This role will be critical in timely hiring of talent through various sourcing strategies as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.

Job scope:

Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition cycle including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer process management and on-boarding.
Create and maintain a network and pipeline of potential talent to fill future and planned roles.
Act as a company and brand ambassador at internal and external recruiting events. 
Candidates’ management via various job portals to create positive candidate experience.
Optimizes the sourcing mix to fulfil the hiring demand and adopts innovative methods to fulfil hiring requirements.
Leverage on technology to enhance on productivity.
Perform recruitment analytics to drive recruitment performance at cluster level.

Requirements: 
 
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management/Administration. 
Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a large corporation, preferable in the semi-conductor industry.
Must know the employment law well.
Must know the TAFEP guidelines well.
Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different level of stakeholders.
Pro-active, self-driven and resilient team player who is agile, comfortable to embrace change, drive for success and work in a transformational environment
Working knowledge of Oracle HR Modules and/or My Talent Soft
Familiar with LinkedIn, Job Street and My Career Future portal.
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree

English : 2- Business fluent
