Responsibilities

Be part of the ADG product engineering team as a technical Team leader, to lead a team of 3-4 engineers, contribute ensuring our product industrialization achieving highest possible production standards in order to maximize cost efficiency and to meet time to market in line with the defined targets.
– ATE modernization, test parallelism change 
– Product sustaining in production, yield improvement. 
– NPI (new products industrialization) and plant transfer qualification. 

Requirements

Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical and/or Electronics engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience as product / test dev engineer.
Minimum 2 years experience as Technical manager.
Knowledge of Test Program development in ATE, knowledge of SPEA tester is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of basic digital and analog electronics.
Knowledge of Descrete devices is a plus.
Good reporting of technical issues in clear technical language. 
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
