Position description :
Data Modelling is one important part for digital manufacturing function in Operations Excellence & IE department. It requires solid semiconductor IE background. Through 3D modelling simulation result, aim to optimize operation flow and improve resources utilization, and aim to provide scientific guideline for operation/automation management strategic decision.
Responsible for Anylogic based simulation on user requirements, to provide scientific analysis and 3D flow design. It is daily activities based on requirement.
Responsible for Anylogic model projects, drive data mapping, logic creation, module segmentation and model creation. It prepares for mid-term strategy to complete current model database.
Responsible for data modelling to integrate manufacturing data into virtual reality simulation. It aims to support full-automation factory in Industrial 4.0 environment by establishing scientific flow analysis and resource requirement evaluation on new project increasing. It prepares for long-term strategy to support I4.0 and smart factory.

Solid Industrial Engineering Major in University.
2~5 years working experience in Industrial IE.
Master 3D simulation modelling tools : such as Anylogic, Flexsim etc.
Solid Java/Python capability.
Solid Industrial Engineering or LEAN experience.
Perfect communication skills.
Good cooperation skills.
Perfect logic and data analyze capability.
Skilled English in orally and written.
Familiar with EXCEL, PPT, WORD.
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree

English : 2- Business fluent
