ST is excited to welcome a Characterization & Modeling Intern at our office located in Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Characterization & Modeling Intern who can work in our VCSEL Lab. VCSEL is a type of laser. The candidate is expected to focus on the Lab automation using SW programming skills: Python, Labview, etc. Lab devices to be automized will be used to characterize the following topics:
Optical power
Optical pulse
Beam profile
Spectrum
Data analysis using the programming skills is desirable, in order to generate cumulative data and characterization reports.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a related field
0-2 years of experience
Experience with LabVIEW/Python script programming
Electro-Optical Device testing experience
Electrical characterization experience
Analog Driver circuit experience
Education level required : 3 – Upper secondary education diploma
Language / Level :
English : 2- Business fluent
