Position description :
Metrology Area works like Service Group inside Fab Operation organization.
The candidate should be introduced in the team and trained to manage Metrology Tools
in the Manufacturing environment, to monitor equipment performance, to develop recipes
aimed to monitor either Process Equipment and to check Products along the process
flow.
Acquisition of technical knowledge, skills and specific measurement methodologies will
be fostered by the practice inside ST 200-300mm organizations to be applied in future R3
scenario.
In this scenario, the peculiarity of the job will allow to have multiple interactions between
the team in which the candidate will be inserted and:
1. internal customers (Process technologies, Device engineering, etc.)
2. other parallel organizations (equipment engineering, Quality dept, etc.)
3. Vendorsnew processes according to device/proc.dev group requirements

Education level required : 5 – Master degree
