Position description :
The proposed position is focused on “Power Module » analysis :
1) in terms of electronics simulation by Spice tools.
2) in terms of thermal, fluid dynamics, thermo-mechanical simulation and reliability   models by FEM.

The person will be able to enable flows related to the different tool  simulators used at STMicroelectronics.

Master Degree in Electronic Eng., , Automation and Electrical Eng.,Mechanical Eng or equivalent
Knowledge of Simulation Tools
Good command of English, good communication and team work skills are highly appreciated
