Position description :
The candidate will have to provide technical support in order to characterize the main dynamic parameters of new products in development, based on wide bandgap materials (SiC) which, combining the innovative features of the package and the enormous potential of their intrinsic properties, can allow to enlarge the company portfolio relative to Power electronics discrete devices.
Provide technical support and assistance, in co-operation with the application development collegues, for Customers developing systems for electric vehicles and industrial applications.
To develop system and board to simulate and test the stresses that the devices are submitted in the applications.
To promote the ST solutions, developing promotional material and technical documentation.

Desired Competencies are: Bench Characterization Know-how, Laboratory Instruments Usage, System architecture evolution awareness, Analog/Digital Circuit Knowhow, Power Electronics, Analog Electronics.

Other skills: Initiative/Autonomy, Team Work/Cooperation, Creativity/Innovation. Travel availability. Fluent English
