Position description :
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR graduate trainee to work closely with our Group HR Head EMEA for Sales & Marketing to develop new programs and activities. You will work on day-to-day tasks as well engage in strategic projects to drive our people agenda, while developing a concrete view on how Human Resources operates and adds value to the business.
As a Group HR Assistant, we count on you to achieve the following tasks:
• Support Group HR Head in the delivery of key HR processes and programs related to workforce planning, performance management, talent management and learning and development
• Prepare HR data analytics, using existing dashboards on strategic HR priorities, which include talent, recruitment, diversity, compensation etc
• Contribute on regional HR projects, being an interface with multiple stakeholders at corporate, region and local level
• Provide support for the preparation and delivery of talent review and succession planning activities at regional level, and follow-up on actions
• Connect with local HR teams as key interface and support with internal communications, org announcements and employee engagement plans
We are looking for a graduate student with the following requirements:
• A Master’s degree in Work & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related Area
• Relevant internships and/or other practical experience; no more than 2-3 years of previous work experience
• Intercultural experience gained during studies or internships
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, autonomous, with ability to set priorities and ready to take on challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to different audiences and situations
• Motivation to constantly learn and develop knowledge and skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly in Excel + Powerpoint). Appetite to learn new tools like PowerBI, MS Teams, etc.
• Fluent in English, other European language (French, Italian, German, etc) is a plus
