STMicroelectronics is hiring an Account Executive to support the expanding growth of the Industrial Sales Unit in Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. This person would develop and deploy a business growth strategy for a specific Industrial Sales Unit customer in the Milwaukee Region.

Responsibility:
Local responsibility for the major global industrial account.
Responsible for generating global sales revenue. 
Develops business relations by promoting ST image and products.
Implements sales strategy and ensures customer satisfaction.
Contributes to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/market share of accounts.
Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can benefit customer’s needs. 
Manages new projects being developed with both the customers and product divisions and identifies new directions for partnership with his/her customers (including under penetrated customers and focus customers) in collaboration with the Market Development/Product Marketing/Applications Engineering teams.
Responsible for generating and maintaining an Executive Summary Profile of the customers which demonstrate a complete understanding of the customers including knowledge from C-Level to key managers/personnel as well as SAM/TAM/BILLINGS/BOOKINGS.
Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s entire product line; may have more in depth knowledge on a subset of products or services.
Responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results. 
May perform other duties as assigned.

Profile:
2-5 years of experience 
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer or equivalent
Oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal and human relations skills
General computer skills
Data analysis skills
Demonstrates initiative
Team attitude/behavior
Fundamental Business knowledge
Sales channel knowledge Semiconductor industry knowledge
Leadership skills
Presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills and be extremely well organized.
Experience with Sales Force preferred in addition to Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Work independently and have the skills to communicate and interact with other employees.
Strong team player
Travel both domestic and international 
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
