Position description :
You will coach and partner with the site leadership team and senior business leaders to co-design and deliver their people plans to support the delivery of the business strategy

Manage a range of business activities including employee engagement and talent management initiatives, talent acquisition and retention, wellbeing, DEI, large scale organisational change

Balancing strategic and operational people priorities to create an environment which drives the best possible performance from the business and the HR team
 
Anticipate organisational and talent needs while managing a rapidly changing market and competitive landscape, supporting strategic priorities and shaping the culture and direction of the organization

Proactively manage and prioritise to support business needs and HR strategies /objectives

Develop your team to be ‘go to subject matter experts’ that represent true value add HR professionals

Previous experience working in a complex organisation demonstrating a wide range of HR, critical thinking, and consultative/business advisory skills and knowledge

Ability to adapt quickly to a competitive and changing business landscape

Exceptional people management and leadership capability

Creative and innovative, solution oriented approach

Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders

Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask

Proven ability to drive results with resiliency

Ability to adapt to a high change, fast paced environment.

Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
