Position description :
The Senior digital data analyst will work with internal clients and
business owners to provide recommendations and drive successful outcomes and improve online marketing performance through analytics.
This position requires solid consulting, marketing, and analytical skills.
The Senior Digital Data Analyst through reports, analyses, and dashboards, will apply knowledge of online marketing to solve our stakeholders’ business problems.
This position reporting to the Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence will work closely with internal and cross-discipline project teams and stakeholders, facilitating data-driven operating model for effective decision-making.
Analyzing online marketing data to provide insight into the performance of the company digital ecosystem and online/interactive marketing programs
Leading complex digital marketing analytics programs across multiple organizations and departments
Develop and manage analytics roadmap aligned to strategic direction and a deployment schedule for the program
Definition of program key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as program measurement strategies and methodologies.
Provide insights and develops recommendations based on measurement reporting and analysis
Ensure consistent & relevant analytics designed to optimize & influence strategic direction
Skills And Experience
Degree level or higher preferably in Maths, Statistics, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or Economics
Proven track record of driving analytical insights into tangible results
Previous experience in program and project management in a composite environment
Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work, even remotely, with minimal direction
Excellent communication skills and fluent business English are required
A self-starter that is curious and keen to learn new approaches and techniques as well as demonstrate innovation in approach
Ability to communicate recommendations and findings with technical details and concepts to non-analytical stakeholders.
Previous experience in eCommerce analysis is a plus
at least 3 years’ experience on web analytics and customer data analysis, in B2B is a plus
Proficiency in the usage of Adobe Analytics and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI
Knowledge of Marketing automation and CRM solution
Familiarity with data mining and statistical techniques including linear and logistical regression, clustering, etc
Ability in supporting experimental test design (A/B split, multivariate testing) is a plus
Education level required : 5 – Master degree
