We are selecting an electronic engineer with good competence in Non-volatile memory design and/or analog design, who will be involved in the development of analog blocks and functions in an embedded NVM sub-system.
Main responsibilities of this job are:
Design and verification of blocks and functions of NVM IPs
Mixed mode verification of the main functionalities of the IP
Work with Test Engineering team to define testing limits for the block/function and to grant coverage level
To run fault analysis and contribute to the safety FMEDA
To actively be part of design FMEA
Work in tight cooperation with TD&P to exploit in the design phase the best compromise between reliability and performance out of the technology device offer.
To overlook layout implementation of the block to ensure control of the area allocation and state of the art analog performances.
To collaborate with internal R&D as well with CAD vendors in the tuning of the tools that allow SoC Analog Mixed Verification and afterwards in the evaluation of new verification flows and in benchmarking the relevant tools.
Assist and support the industrialization process (validation, characterization, debug) to grant a timely qualification of the IP
Be part of quality best practices.
Communicate proactively and clearly.

Master’s degree in electronic engineer, 3 years of work experience.
Good understanding of analog design building blocks (Bandgap, oscillators, level shifters, data converters, charge pumps …)
Autonomy in spice level simulation and CAD tools for design entry
Understanding of layout effects on analog performance
Comprehension of reliability aspects in analog design (failure modes)
Experience in validation and characterization is appreciated
Good knowledge of the English language
Must be proactive and have noticeable problem-solving attitude
Good networking attitude with internal and external personnel
Knowledge sharing attitude
