Position description :
Support 32-bit Automotive MCU Business rapid growth in China (>50 D-in/Dwin identified in Y21 with PVO >200M$ added, Y22 billing will be doubled), promotion of new MCU family (Stellar E/P/G starting sampling and SOP in Y23), and onsite support to key customers in SC (BYD, Monaco, GAC, XPeng, Vmax, etc).
As MCU BU marketing for ST China, may work to maximize design-in/win of the whole product portfolio, to understand and anticipate the markets needs taking competition into account in order to define short to long-term strategy, to look for new customers and new markets to increase the sales of ST products. Key responsibility includes: Develop Marketing strategy in a close co-operation with Division and Sales Units to maximize MCU POP/POS, Define Business development plans for MCU (Market Analysis, Promotion, clear Identify of opportunities and close following up of the projects), work with applications (incl. 3rd parties) and Regional Sales to serve both KA and MM customers on best MCU product fitting to the Market demand and Customer requirements.

At least 5Y experience in Automotive Semiconductor area; Good Experience on Automotive MCU application and Marketing; good Teamwork spirit and Communication skill; Automotive system knowledge is preferable; Exposure and relationship with Car makers, Automotive customers will be an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willing to travel and work under pressure. Good English in reading/speaking/writing.
