Position description :
Work Location: 5A, Serangoon North Avenue 5, Singapore 554574

1)    Support product quality for the customers located in Asia region, need to interface directly with customer’s OEM (original equipment manufacturer) plants.
2)    To timely response and management customer ECC (External Customer Complaint) process, to coordinate ST internal investigation process, track and publish 8D report to customer, and eventually to close the loop with customer.
3)  Monitor the quality performance, consolidate customer score card of the responsible customers and initiate related QIP (Quality Improvement Programs) for customer satisfactions through cross working with different internal organizations, where front-end manufacturing, EWS knowledge and experience is required.
4)  Organize and drive quality meetings with customers, visit customer sites/plants on-demand basis.
5)  Improve relationship with customer through best quality support/communication and quickest response.
6)  Manage or participate customer visit & audit to ST manufacturing site.

1)    The applicant should have a technical degree related to semiconductor manufacturing industry.
2)    The candidate should have an advance level of English both in written and spoken, Fluent in Chinese will be a plus (require working with China customers occasionally).
3)    Semiconductor front-end technical knowledge / EWS and experience is preferred, knowledge on back-end manufacturing will be a plus.
4)    He/she should have very good communication skills and used to manage challenging environment. Effective communication on technical details through reports and presentations to management and customers. Experience of communicating with customer is preferred.
5)    He/she should be a good team worker with rigorous approach, problem solver with knowledge of main investigation techniques (e.g 8D methodology, why-why approach, ishikawa diagram).
6)    He/she should be able to deal with different customer cultures and expectations.
7)    Minimum 10 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
8)    The position require in average 30% travelling, may have oversea travels upon customer or management request within short notice (e.g. within 3 days).
