Position description :
Work Location: 5A, Serangoon North Avenue 5, Singapore 554574
This is a Manager role with a worldwide scope in Back-End Test and Finishing domain.
He/She Leads a networked team of IT professionals across the globe to provide support to users with industrial software solutions.
He/She will interact with final customers to design and deliver solutions for providing:
– Back-End Test and Finishing semiconductor data
– Automated equipment controllers needed to enable the data delivery
– Data analytic software for users worldwide and key customers
He/She will also drive innovation towards manufacturing vision of Industry 4.0 and IT vision of Digitization.
The team consists of senior expert individuals centrally and locally working in close collaboration.
Team is able to autonomously support all users of the software solutions in portfolio.
– Ideally 10+ years IT experience, with proven tracks in management
– Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing / Back-End tools
– Fluent in English
– Positive mindset
– Ability to work in a collaborative spirit, with excellent teamwork
– Ability to focus energy on incident resolutions
– Able to manage operational stress
– Able to manage priorities in a context of support and projects mixed environment
– High level of strictness in software quality and execution
Education level required : 5 – Master degree
