Reporting to the Regional Infrastructure Manager, the Telecom service manager provides a link among Company projects and programs, internal customers, IT resources and solution, and external subcontractors running Telecom services and solutions to ensure that service levels are achieved at site(s) level.
As part of the IT organization, the role is to support Manufacturing sites improving processes and quality through Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Integration; integration with Corporate systems and other applications.
Your role will be to :
Analyze and create specifications with representatives
Provide design and review,
Coordinate software development process with development team,
Coordinate and/or perform software acceptance
Define and follow-up deployment new setup and/or software release delivery into ST production environments and post-production support and incident resolution.
Your job scope:
Your activity will focus on Manufacturing back end domain. Close collaboration with concerned Back end sites (Kirkop/Malta- Bouskoura/Morocco- Calamba/Philippines- Muar/Malaysia-Shenzhen/China).
You will also be in close relation with Business representatives & IT teams (architects, software developers) all over the world (Europe & Asia mainly).
