Position description :
Marketing Engineer for Automotive applications
He/She promotes and design-in products at Automotive customers with the objective to maximize the Design Win in the area of Automotive Smart Power Drivers.
It is expected to closely cooperate with the Regional organizations and Divisional ecosystem; regular travelling to customers will also be necessary.
Defines, plans and carries out the strategy necessary in his area of responsibility for maximizing sales, market shares and margins.
It will use his/her knowledge of the market and technical skills to identify new opportunities in collaboration with divisional/regional teams,  proposing the most appropriate technical solutions for applicative needs.
He/She facilitates the technical presentation and training on current and new products to customers, and/or to the regional colleagues. He/She contributes to ST position analysis, defines key areas to focus on, technical support necessary to succeed and measures new billing generated.
Co-operate with Business Management team to release the 3/5Y plans .
Contribute in defining new products strategy (new products introduction, customers to focus, new product needs, products road map, competition analysis, IP’s need, technical support to be deployed).
