Position description :

Senior Level Project / Program manager
Job Responsibilities will include : 
o Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
o Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
o Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
o Apply change, risk, and resource management.
o Should be able to drive the projects related to managed service
o Project management background which will help in setting up governance as well follow-ups
o Driving CSI initiatives with vendors for service improvements.
o Experience of managing senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner, Functional Head levels
o Application of project management methodologies – project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, process design, implementation and project transition/close
o Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
o Deploy your core skills (particularly Project Management) to lead the initiative with governance and control, track progress, report on SLAs and KPIs regularly to create client confidence

Required Skills : 

• Experience as vendor services integrator, vendor management governance
o Able to design and implement SOPs to streamline and optimize processes.
o Experience overseeing a process and ensuring all user groups are adhering to the defined process.
o Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
o Strong relationship-building skills
o Proven negotiations and influencing skills

• Experience in service management
o Experience in SOW preparation and service transitions for various kind of s/w development lifecycle activities.
o Dealing with various vendors/partners on managing SLA’s / KPI’s and other aspects as per the contracts

• Experience in REMEDY & HELIX Environment ( added advantage )

Qualification : BTech/MCA (70% & above)
Experience : 12-15 Years
Certifications : ITIL
