Position description :
Job Responsibilities will include : 
o Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
o Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
* Experience in managing vendors , SOW preparation and framework governance establishment
* SIAM implementation experience
Experience in driving infrastructure projects outsourcing/insourcing :
o Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
o Should be able to drive the projects related to managed service
o Project management background which will help in setting up governance as well follow-ups
o Driving CSI initiatives with vendors for service improvements.
o Experience of managing senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner, Functional Head levels
o Application of project management methodologies – project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, process design, implementation and project transition/close
o Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
o Deploy your core skills (including Project Management) to lead the initiative with governance and control, track progress, report on SLAs and KPIs regularly to create client confidence

Required Skills : 
Mandatory :
Experienced in Service Management & Vendor Management (SOW preparation, Managed transition of services between vendors, experience  in Governance setup, etc.) – this will comprise almost 75% of the role
SIAM Certified
Infrastructure service / account/ project management
Driven or Lead Infra Projects/Operations
ITSM ServiceNow implementation and/or management experience

– Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
– Strong relationship-building skills
– Proven negotiations and influencing skills
– From a reputed college with 70% & above CGPA
– Good Communication Skills
 
Good to Have :
– Experience with Certifications in : Project Management, Service Now, ITSM

Qualification : BTech/MCA (70% & above)
Experience : 15-18 Years is optimum (12 years experience can also be considered if really good)
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
Language / Level :
English : 2- Business fluent
