OUR FUTURE COLLABORATION

As Physical Analysis Engineer you will contribute to our activity growth and new technical challenges.
You will join the Rousset Characterization and Analysis Laboratory within the Product Quality and Reliability group.

You will work in a dynamic and experienced laboratory of around thirty people (Engineers and Technicians).

You will ensure the physical analysis of products addressing sectors such as mobile phones, automotive, medical. You will be in close interaction with the customer support, quality, R&D and manufacturing for our worldwide company. You will also collaborate with the other laboratories of the group in Europe and Asia.

In compliance with given deadlines and commitments to our customers, you will check the compliancy of our products based on our strong quality requirements. You will also determine the physical nature of defects that may cause product malfunction and you contribute to understand its root causes.

You will use the tools and techniques related to non-destructive analysis (optical, electron, infrared, X-ray microscopes), sample preparation (chemistry, laser, polishing, FIB) and physical and/or chemical analysis (SEM+EDX).

You will share the technical results and projects follow-up through reports in English or French.

You will also be required to take in charge one or more laboratory tools and equipment: planning and monitoring of maintenance, calibration follow-up, technical developments.

Finally, you will be fully engaged in the development of new processes or analysis techniques addressing future technological challenges.

You will be accompanied throughout your integration by a dedicated training plan.

YOUR PROFILE

BAC + 5: Engineer, Master 2 or equivalent
Physics, Chemistry and/or Materials Sciences and/or Semiconductor knowledge required.
You ideally have a first experience in an industrial analysis laboratory.
Rigor, analytical mind, meticulousness, taste for investigation, commitment, teamwork are the qualities that will allow you to succeed in this position.
You demonstrate strong motivation for operational activities (performing analyses) and analytical techniques.
You are drawn to technical challenges in a dynamic and international industrial environment.
Fluent written and oral English.
