Quality Governance consists in managing three aspects of a Quality System: Requirements (What we need to comply with); Processes (How we deliver on those requirements); Compliance (How Well we execute and deliver).
Within ST Product Quality and Reliability Corporate Organization, the Quality System & Governance (QS&G) Organization has the mission to lead and secure ST compliance to regulatory and Customers’ requirements through an efficient and effective Quality Management System.
ST is driving a major transformation on how we design and publish enterprise processes, and, in this context, we are building new competencies in the Business Process Management (BPM) team.
The mission of the BPM team is the establishment and the deployment of the new ST digital Enterprise Management System Framework, and all the related Business Processes. The BPM Program & Transformation Manager has the critical mission to coordinate all the associated transformation program activities, under the umbrella of the company quality program.
As Business Process Management Program & Transformation Manager, you will:
Manage the transformation program within the Company global Quality Program framework, including budget, planning, risks, and reporting.
Ensure that the program commitments are delivered on quality, time and costs.
Build a change management strategy and drive related activities to secure end-user buy-in, such as stakeholders’ management, communication and training plans.
Animate the cross functional program team, including IT specialists and IT solution provider representatives.
Manage the training programs and secure the delivery of training material and sessions.
Build and animate the relevant communities of users.
Program management expertise (certification is a plus)
The ability to lead cross functional teams and to work in a complex environment.
Expert knowledge in transformation and change management.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
Facilitation / coordination, negotiation skills
Business Process Management knowledge
Fluent in English
Rigorous, systematic, organized
Education level required : 5 – Master degree
