The eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist is a cross-functional position trained in multiple areas of the operation, including inbound processing, order fulfillment, order shipping and customer returns processing. The qualified candidate will be working closely with the head of eCommerce, product marketing, divisions and regional logistics partners to get product onto fulfillment center shelves on time. Analyze eCommerce product catalog (stock, out of stock, lead time…) to support up coming campaigns and events. Will also assist on the freight bidding process and selection.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist the head of ecommerce manage to coordinate ST eCommerce fulfilment partners (stocking, contract, Delivery, Returns and communication).
Ensure that merchandise moves from a central location to fulfillment partners locations to support ecommerce orders. 
Get and track product onto fulfillment center shelves is a key activity to fulfil eCommerce orders.
Ensure products’ feeds (part numbers, quantity, pricing) are reported properly to eCommerce solution.
Analyze inventory per product category and fulfilment partners (in stock, out of stock, in transit…)
Report product availability or unavailability to the division (planning team).
Ensure A runners products and new products are on shelves to support ecommerce’s customers need.
Analyze best shipping times and methods to fulfil orders.
Conduct business analysis to identify best transporters (ST transportation vs Fulfilment partners).
Manage the consigned stock to support ST workshops and events.

Strong Numerical and Analytical Skills
Attention to details
Team player
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to speak French is a plus 
Continually seeking improvement.
Professional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge in Adobe Analytics and PowerBI is a plus.

Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
