Position description :
Business development and customer development in south China by focusing on Personal Electronics application.
Achieve company business goals through:
– Build up and maintain good customer relationship by managing routine customer meetings, quarterly business review, executive management meetings, technical workshop, etc..
– Right sales and business development strategy to match the individual customers development needs
– Develop a healthy design in pipeline to ensure robust and sustainable revenue growth, by diversified and balanced design in efforts in key customers and OEMs. Sell ST solution rather components. To capture more and more opportunities on Personal Electronics applications by winning more projects
– Problem probing, diagnosing, resolving and correction for account related issues.
– To identify key area of gaps in terms of cost, delivery, quality, technical support, product roadmap, with constructive tactic for continuous improvement. Working out both short term and long term resolutions to win the business.
– Achieve quarterly and annual revenue target and growth target in assigned areas
– Execution sales strategies and monitoring
– Coordinate and synergy with different parties inside or outside the company
More than 6 years experience in semiconductor sales and marketing position with accountable record
More than 6 years experience in handling Personal Electronics business in sales, marketing or FAE position
Good relationship with Personal Electronics customers in South China
Strong electronic and electric technical background, especially in Smartphone, Wearable or AR/VR ecosystem
Fluent business English, communication skill
Experience in project management
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
