Position description :
1.     Owns and executes account strategical & tactical account plan
2.     The Coordinates and drives demand creation metrics of distributor with regular tracking
3.     Reviews design pipeline and drive design-in/win
4.     Manages distributor resources to align with strategies
5.     Develops and maintains technical knowledge needed to sell existing and new products and solutions
6.     Plans and coordinates events with distributor

1.     Master degree preferred, majored in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
2.     Aggressive, active, open-minded, Initiative and independent to find the biz opportunities and resource to win
3.     Good skill of writing, reading and speaking English.
4.     Good communication skills.
5.       Would like to do biz travel domestically, regionally and frequently
