Position description :
Be the direct quality interface between ST and ST key customer
Build good and trustful relationship with the customers by visiting regularly the customer production plants in EMEA region
Understand customer needs and ensure that customer expectations are met by the ST support received
Identify any quality concern and escalate the problem as needed.
Recognize any risk that can lead to a critical situation with the customer and promptly address to the right ST teams involved and support to solve
Monitor the quality performance of ST at Bosch locations based on standard quality indicators (PPM, Cycle time, 8D quality)
Works in conjunction with other ST department (Sales, Customer Service and Technical Marketing) and ensure flowless communication /collaboration with the Product Quality Group / Logistics / Central functions /manufacturing sites to meet customer expectations and targets
Share the Customer’s evaluation of ST with the appropriate organizations (i.e.: Scorecards) and request to put in place improvements where necessary
Ensure satisfactory support during customer Audits in ST production sites worldwide

Bachelor and 2 years’ experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in multicultural team
Excellent knowledge of MS programs (excel, Power-BI, Power Point)
Fluent in English and basic German
Availability to travel worldwide
Driving license (B) mandatory
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
