Position description :
Take the leadership of the local ADG Operation team in the execution of the relevant tasks:
– managing MRB processes
– PAT/SBL/SPL introduction/maintenance and improvement
– supporting production process changes
– supporting Product Yield Enhancement and Industrialization
Connect with local site operation functions and ADG planning to manage supply chain criticalities.
Support ADG Quality and Divisional organization during customer visit and/or audit.

Significant technical background in process or device or product engineering
Program management and team managerial attitude
Fluent English
Familiarity with data management
