Position description :
Experience in service management :
o SOW preparation and service transitions for various kind of s/w development lifecycle activities
Experience as/in :
o Vendor services integrator, vendor management governance
o Dealing with various vendors / partners on managing SLA’s / KPI’s and other aspects as per the contracts
o Driving CSI initiatives with vendors for service improvements
Project management background which will help in setting up governance as well follow-ups
Should be able to derive the projects related to managed service
Experience in REMEDY & HELIX Environment ( added advantage )

Good Communication Skills
Project Management Practices / Principles 
Service Management 
Vendor Management
Qualification : BTech/MCA : 70% & above
Experience : 12-16 Years
Certifications : ITIL & PMP
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
