OUR FUTURE COLLABORATION
In a context of ST quality transformation, you will integrate a dynamic team, within the corporate quality department, composed of around 150 people.
Within this team, you will support / participate in the strengthening of the Quality Culture in the company.
Your main challenges will be to support the Quality Culture and Communication strategy and the associated strategic programs by driving and engaging ST’s Quality Community in Culture and Quality Learning initiatives.
The role will be to drive a culture initiative in order to strengthen ST quality culture as well as establishing and deploying the Quality Learning strategy, and align the Corporate Quality Learning offer to the needs at company level.
You’ll need to create innovative solutions and approaches on both learning and culture that support the company quality strategy.
Location is flexible, within European ST locations
Experienced professional in driving changes through advanced and innovative approaches.
Experienced in learning, teaching, working in cross functional organization, leading by influence.
Education level required : 2 – Lower secondary education / professional qualifications
