Position description :
To support HR and employees functionally on ST Human Resources Management System (PeopleSoft platform) and other associated cloud solutions
To assist team in HRMS projects by accomplishing activities assigned as per priorities.
To assist on various HRMS strategy projects and cloud integrations and migrations.
By functionally understanding Peoplesoft as used in ST.
Provide functional support to the Global users as per Service Level Agreement
Provide new interfaces to the attached cloud applications
Understand ST’s HR User community requirements with site HR’s
Help in the translation of business needs to functional specifications
Helping in the testing of the functionalities and during deployment activity
User Training with the help of reference material creation and its
Assisting team in the movement of processes to various key applications.
Should have good understanding of key HR processes starting from hiring, retention…
Very good written and spoken English .
MBA with specialization in Human Resources.
Exposure to ERP Application is preferred.
Education Level Required – MBA, Years of Work Experience – 3 to 5
Education level required : 5 – Master degree
