Position description :
GKA CSR is the main direct customer interface supporting order entry and fulfillment in the Asia Pacific region.

In the performance of their daily duties, using legacy and new SAP IBP tools the CSR adjusts the short-term demand forecast to align the capacity corridor for manufacturing execution and delivery.  The CSR is accountable for customer order entry and responsible for communicating supply commitments to customers at the end of each S&OE cycle. 

The CSR will collaborate with local Sales, GKA global Supply Chain Coordinators in Santa Clara, California, and internal product divisions to mitigate supply constraints, drive escalations and contribute to reviews of internal business model parameters. The CSR will coordinate with ST’s global logistics organization to facilitate external transit of products to customer destinations and any necessary returns.

·        Familiarity with STM products, markets, and customers
·        Understands Sales & Marketing as well as Supply Chain and Manufacturing

·        Excellent communication & negotiation skills
·        Able to carry strong voice of customer internally in balance with ST priorities
·        Ability to work under pressure
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
