STMicroelectronics has the need for a Product Marketing Manager in the Santa Clara, CA office to define, plan and carry out the strategy necessary for maximizing sales, market share and margin for custom and standard products developed by Microcontroller and Digital ICs Group (MDG).

As a member of our team you will play a key role in promoting ST’s custom silicon, transceiver products and system solutions to leading customers in Americas.

Main Job Responsibilities
Demand creation and increase design-ins and market share of products at assigned AME customers
Conduct product trainings and webinars, internally and externally, for ST FSEs/FAEs and customers
Analyze customer applications and major trends to identify new product needs. Contribute to new product roadmaps and new product definitions
Ensure technical support in collaboration with regional application lab and product Division. Assist in definition, maintenance, and installation of evaluation boards and product demonstrators
Develop block diagrams to conceptualize and understand strategic applications for assigned products. Support development of reference designs for the applications that maximizes ST content
Business Development leading to RFI/RFQ, Own response of RFI/RFQ working with Divisions, Sales and other stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements
BS Electrical or Electronic Engineering, MS/MBA or advanced degree preferred
4-6 years of Product marketing and/or Technical Marketing experience in semiconductor industry
Strong technical background in Embedded systems, Appl. Engg or marketing of RF/mmWave ICs
Knowledge of RF/mmWave ICs such as Transceivers, power amplifiers, LNAs, RF switches is desirable
Exposure to market segments such as industrial, communications, IoT & wearables with specific focus on connectivity  
Hands on experience in supporting demo(s), evaluation boards, reference designs is advantageous
Solid verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and take initiatives
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
