Position description :
The final goal is to ensure that the quality and reliability of delivered products satisfies customer requirements and matches ST values and business models for a range of imaging automotive and consumer products.
For the defined perimeter of product(s) you will work with an international team in several locations to
Ensure the correct reliability qualification, through plan definition and execution.Participation in definition and planning of the product reliability qualification plan to meet Standard and Customer mission profile requirements.
Coordination with ST teams for ST expert validation of the proposed plan and communication with the selected subcontractors
In close link with the defined Reliability & FA subcontractors, manage the reliability assessment execution, and drive the problem solving activities in case of rejects (failure analysis, root cause analysis, risk assessment, corrective and preventive actions)
Monitor the plan execution and regularly report results to the international core team and eventually the final customer.
Participate in the definition of FA capability requirements for potential reliability failures or customer returns.
Be ST Failure Analysis lead for confirmed reliability fails to drive analysis to root cause.
In the development phase you will also follow and report on the project APQP and be responsible for the communication of the final PPAP package to the customer.
In the mass production phase of the product perimeter defined you will be responsible to ensure the continued quality of delivery coordinating necessary customer notifications for Process changes, quality alerts and non-conformities and be Customer Complaint leader for problem solving to root cause, risk analysis and action follow up.
Electronics background with knowledge or Semiconductor, Front End and/or Back End Process.
Experience of working in an international company or at least experience of working with European or American teams.
Experience in reliability testing, failure mechanism and FA techniques is required with an experience in subcontractor management preferable.
Experience of automotive standards and requirements for product qualification AEC Q100, IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, ISO26262.
Knowledge of External customer complaint flow, Problem solving 8D method and prevention management, Statistical Process Control and data analysis, change management A.P.Q.P /, Design Of Experiment (D.O.E), FMEA, Production Part Approval Process.
Customer focused with team spirit, you will have strong oral and written communication (in both English and Mandarin) and have demonstrated leadership, autonomy, adaptability and flexibility to different situations. Experience as team leader or project management is a plus.
