Position description :
New Product Introduction / Business Intelligence Coordinator is responsible for
implementing, deploying, and executing the new product introduction (NPI) framework
platform across Asia Pacific region. From product evaluation phase (Alpha Program) to
product launch (NPL) and finally go-to-market plan (Mass Market Program).
NPI BI Coordinator transforms data collected through NPI process into comprehensive
information for AP MDG Marketing team to use in their business and strategic
decisions.
They also facilitate information sharing between AP Region and MCD Division.

Responsibilities:
Alpha Programs
• Work with AP Marketing/Country managers to define and execute a winning Alpha Program.
• Track the deliverables and milestones.
• Setup and develop dashboards for data presentation to Country Managers and
suggest recommendations for improvement.
New Product Launches (NPLs)
• Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans, track the deliverables and milestones.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies, and provide escalation management throughout new product launch.
• Advocate for all stakeholders throughout the release cycle to ensure they have the support needed to succeed.
Mass Market Programs
• Work with AP Marketing/Country managers to define and execute a winning Go-To-Market plan.
• Track the deliverables and milestones.
• Set up and develop dashboards for data presentation to Country Managers and
suggest recommendations for improvement.
• Digital campaigns/behavioral analysis
o Run campaigns analysis and deliver Ad-hoc reports.
o Provide st.com quarterly behavioral analysis to define audience trends and points of interest for Asia Pacific region.
• Customers Workshops
o Improve workshop experience by creating dedicated space with appropriate
materials for trainees (Slack space).
o Create relevant surveys to evaluate customers satisfaction.
o Retrieve and analyze findings to formulate post-workshop recommendations.
• Market analysis
o Provide day to day analysis for all segments to spot digital trends and map
customer’s online behavior
Education level required : 5 – Master degree
Language / Level :
English : 2- Business fluent
