Position description :
Context: Quality Governance consists in managing three aspects of a Quality System: Requirements (What we need to comply with); Processes (How we deliver on those requirements); Compliance (How Well we execute and deliver).
Within ST Product Quality and Reliability Corporate Organization, the Quality System & Governance (QS&G) Organization has the mission to lead and secure ST compliance to regulatory and Customers’ requirements through an efficient and effective Quality Management System.
We are looking for a Quality Audit transformation manager to drive the cross-domain audit transformation at company level, and implement a new IT solution.
The Quality Audit transformation manager will play a key role in QMS transformation by implementing ST new cross-domain process supported by a new cloud based IT solution.
Maintain Audit solution vision, internal road-map and improvement opportunities.
Research and analyze the market, the user needs, and the external roadmap for the solution
Lead the transformation actions related to the design, deployment and adoption of the Audit solution
Identify the needs of each department in order to prioritize and standardize the requirements
Manage a community of Audit solution users and a bi-directional communication channel in order to deploy the methods, gather feedback on performance and define the evolution needs.
Lead the solution release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
Deploy process and IT solution to community of users
Enhance Audit Added Value and update metrics accordingly; track key performance indicators for all aspects of the Audit solution.
Define and manage dashboards related to the usage of the solution
Administer Audit solution & train key users
This position is proposed in Rousset, but we could analyze applicants from key
European location (Grenoble, Crolles, Sophia, Agrate, Catania,…)
Business thinking and highly strategic in order to define practical solutions and supporting Audit process that align with the business objectives
Successfully led complex enterprise IT solution design, deployment and adoption from the business side.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
Expert Knowledge of Audit management concepts and techniques
One or more of the following expertise are required: Agile methodology, Lean, Business process Management, Quality Management System
Rigorous, systematic, organized, Ability to work in teams, in cross-cultural environment
Education level required : 5 – Master degree
