Position description :
Candidate needs to promote the whole Power Transistors product portfolio: MOSFET, IGBT, IPM and Power Module by following the guidelines of Product Divisions.

In specific the role responsibilities are:
Set the best product strategy within Japan by developing key customer and market insights
Build successful relationships with customers, sales teams, divisional interfaces, and partners to reach objectives
Create compelling value propositions and product proposals together with customers and system designers
Build a reputation of being the go-to person for your product portfolio through articulating the values and strengths of ST’s products versus competitive products
Achieve the country sales targets by effective go-to-market strategy and product launch
Drive and execute best-in-class collateral creation
Interface with Marcom team to be the technical voice for marketing campaign
Be a team driver to support the marketing promotion for ST’s power transistors in Japan

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of semiconductor for industrial and automotive, traction
• Strong knowledge of marketing, power markets and customer base
• Good customer relationship experience
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve business objectives
• Ability to blend the technical and commercial to deliver a balanced approach to problem solving
• Strong analytical skills and experience
• Strong English verbal, written & presentation communications skills
• Willingness to travel regularly including internationally as necessary
Education level required : 4 – Bachelor degree
