Position description :
Responsibilities:
Driving the scale-up of our established Lead Management efforts across the globe, develop and document the blueprint for continuous best practice
Act as a key global subject matter expert for Lead Management
Sharing and delivering best practices and provide / produce customized training material to our global Sales and Marketing teams
Driving and understanding the key KPIs and lead follow-up through own built dashboards and reports
Measuring the success of increased revenue due to effective lead management process
Deliver monthly communications to all stakeholders on program progress and success
Measuring campaign performance and funnel performance, create dashboards to measure key metrics in real time
Work with Distribution partners to gain more efficiency from program
Leading qualification and routing process definition and monitoring and forecast, measure, analyze and report on programs effectiveness
Driving the rollout of lead management to remaining countries in collaboration with regional Digital Marketing teams
Supporting the development, testing and rollout of the of platform enhancements
Work with regional Sales and Marketing to continuously increase lead quality through improved scoring models and use of A.I. predictive models

Must have:
Bachelor/Master or equivalent in Marketing, Strategy, Communication, or Data science, with a technical understanding
Minimum of 2-4 years continuous experience in digital marketing / lead management / marketing automation / project management / inside sales
STRONG preference for experience in CRM Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Marketo
In-depth lead journey understanding
Proficient in developing training materials and coaching learners
Good understanding of GDPR
Strong business background with knowledge in B2B digital marketing industrial/automotive markets with multi-channel approach
Preference for semi-conductor knowledge
Solid all round knowledge of all digital marketing disciplines and tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence
Languages: English C1/native (written and spoken), plus other languages would be an advantage

Implementation of new processes/systems (a ‘can do’ mentality)
Setting goals and analyze the performance of the digital marketing funnel
Having conversations at all levels, with all nationalities
Tracking project progression and understand when to take action
